Stephen Fung Tak-Lun (Chinese: 馮德倫, Pinyin: Féng Dé Lún, Cantonese: Fung Tak Lun) (born August 9, 1974) is a Hong Kong based actor, singer, model, writer and film director.

Fung's mother, Julie Sek Yin, was a famous Shaw Brothers actress. Partially raised in the United States, Fung made his acting debut in the 1990 film Forbidden Nights, playing the childhood version of the male lead (Robin Shou).

Fung attended the University of Michigan where he earned his degree in graphic design. In the mid 1990s, he returned to Hong Kong where he would form the band Dry with Mark Lui.

He would continue his acting career in Hong Kong, with successful films like Gen-X Cops and its sequel Gen-Y Cops.

In 1999 Fung released his solo album, Not Enough Love. In 2004 Fung made his directorial debut with Enter the Phoenix and later directed a second film, House of Fury, in 2005.

馮德倫(Stephen Fung,1974年8月9日-),原名馮進財,美國籍,香港男演員、導演及歌手。其母為六十年代當紅女星石燕。馮與雷頌德組成二人男子音樂組合Dry。2007年以導莫文蔚音樂錄影帶「天下大同」榮獲第十八屆台灣金曲獎「最佳音樂錄影帶導演獎」。
