Personal Life
Fujii's father is of mixed American and Japanese descent, and her mother is Japanese. Fujii has a younger brother named Arthur and a toy poodle named Tiffany.
As a high school student, Fujii travelled to Switzerland to study English, as she recalls being bullied by her Japanese classmates who would make comments such as 'You have a face like that but you can't speak English!'. However in Switzerland she was also subject to bullying and racism, particularly from one female classmate, who would make comments such as 'Japanese people are only good at drawing cartoons, so people like you should just stick to playing around on the Internet'.
Fujii is close friends with the J-Pop artist misono (younger sister of J-Pop artist Kumi Koda), her fellow Vivi models Marie, Sara Mary and Mitzuki Ooishi as well as disgraced J-Pop singer Noriko Sakai. In June 2009, Fujii confirmed that she was in a relationship with ISSA from DA PUMP, but in March 2010 it was revealed that they had broken up. Fujii has also been linked to KAT-TUN member Koki Tanaka and Kanjani Eight member Ryo Nishikido.
