Synopsis

Was a quiet, out of Oakland, California, taken hostage by fear when a serial killer armed with a crossbow begins to stalk and kill the residents from the rooftops. Persecuted in their homes, no one is safe. And since the number of deaths begins to rise, reflecting the district is a ghost town. The only safe harbor is a terrible fatal fall from three women to believe - until they hear from the terrible traces.
