Synopsis
When seven people wake up to find themselves locked up in a strange building, they receive a chilling message from their "host" via a computer: there is a killer in their midst! One by one they will all be murdered if they do not deduce the killer’s identity. They also learn that seven people are locked away in another building, which they can communicate with via the computer, and that there is another killer hidden among that group as well.
The computer then explains to them the rules of the "game". They must guess the identity of the killers in both groups. The game can end in any of the following ways:
1. If they guess correctly… then they will each be given 10 million yen and set free.
2. If they guess wrong… then they will all be executed.
3. If they are all murdered before they guess the killers’ identities.
4. If the game cannot be continued because of any unforeseen happening.
5. If the other group identifies the killers first… then they will all be killed!
Trapped in this twisted detective game, can they find the killer in time? Survival depends on information from the other group… but how can that information be trusted? And how can they trust each other? -- YTV

Synopsis
Kabukicho is the town located Shinjuku, Tokyo. There are so many hostess bars, host bars, love hotels, and night clubs, and it is also called "Sleepless Town".
Atsushi (Nagai) was pursuing his studies to become an architect and dreamed to work with his father who runs a construction company. However, his future plans suddenly seem to fall apart. The father was deceived by a friend and was forced to guarantee a substantial amount of bad loans. The construction company was taken away, and nothing was left but a huge sum of debts. The father fell ill of shock and became hospitalized. Atsushi was desperate. He had to make quick money and help the family by any way he can.
"A waiter at a luxurious night club… where money flows…". He slipped into a night club called "Mint Candy" in Kabukicho, the hottest, craziest, and the most competitive underground bright-light district in Tokyo. The leading stars of the clubs are the glamorous waitresses, "the hostesses", who are not only beautiful and elegantly dressed, but also professionally trained to chat, entertain, and serve the customers to the most with the exchange of a fancy fee. Besides the glittery and surreal nature of the business, Atsushi was most puzzled by the low status of the male waiters. They were literally slaves to the hostesses. Waiters cannot talk back to the hostesses in front of the customers, no matter how unreasonably insulted or blamed they may be. One day, Atsushi couldn’t stand such unfairness and spontaneously stood up for his bullied colleague. Since then, he became the disfavor of the hostesses. He was picked on by the hostess who wanted to teach him a lesson. Atsushi endured the bully. He needed to make money, and he didn’t want to give in to the hostesses. At that tide, the President Todo (Ihara), the charisma of the underground entertainment world visited Mint Candy and asked Atsushi a direct question. "Do you really want to succeed in life?" -- Atsushi’s future began to move in an unexpected direction.

On her way home, Umi was knocked over by a truck, and lost the full mobility to her fingers, dashing her dream of becoming a cellist. Shuhei meanwhile, thinks that Umi had given up on him, and left for Austria. He goes on to medical school, and marries an influential banker's daughter, Noriko. Synopsis
In a modern society in which violent crimes are on the rise, there is a team that tries to resolve cases without bloodshed. It is the metropolitan police's special team, known by the abbreviation SIT (Special Investigation Team). The SIT doesn't get into action after a case but heads to the site just as a crime is being committed. They are on the front-line of risky missions, facing off against criminals; tenaciously conducting negotiations with criminals.
As a result of the rigid police hierarchy that can curb the conduct of negotiators, the SIT is also a male-dominated society controlled with strict discipline. There is one female negotiator, Usagi Reiko, who bravely fights at the frontline. She is isolated in the male world of the SIT but courageously fights against crime as well as her organisation.
